VAT has successfully received the Fair-ON-Pay Advanced re-certification in Switzerland, reinforcing its lasting commitment to equal pay.

As part of a regular re-audit, VAT was assessed by the Swiss SGS Société Générale de Surveillance for compliance with the equal pay requirements of the Swiss Federal Act on gender equality. As a result, VAT has once again been awarded the Fair-ON-Pay Advanced certificate for another four years.

This recognition reaffirms VAT’s commitment to equal pay and highlights its ongoing efforts to create a fair and modern workplace.
