Since the CPA v4.2.0
The CPA software supports connecting multiple valves to a single PC.
Users have two options to operate the connected valves:
•Separate Windows:
oOpen one CPA window for each connected valve.
•Single Window with Switching:
oOpen one CPA window and switch between the connected valves using the interface.
oThis allows performing local operations or software updates for each valve individually.
Recommendation:
-maximum of 4 controllers
1. Switching Between Valves in a Single CPA Window
In the current CPA version, the status bar displays the serial number of the currently connected valve (see red box in the image below).
If multiple controllers are connected to the PC, the user can select a different controller using the drop-down menu in the status bar.
After selecting a controller, the CPA window will automatically update and display all parameters and information related to the selected controller.

2. Separate CPA Windows for Each Connected Controller
For each connected controller, a separate CPA window can be opened.
Each CPA window displays the parameters and information of one specific valve.
If one CPA instance is already running, a second instance can be started by clicking the plus (+) button.
In this mode:
•There is no drop-down menu in the status bar to switch between valves.
•The status bar only shows the serial number of the valve currently displayed in that window.
3. Updates via Multi-Valve Function
Important: Firmware updates using the Multi-Valve function are only supported for:
•Controllers with an official serial number, and
•Firmware versions newer than April 26, 2020
Older firmware versions or unofficial controllers are not supported for this update method.
